Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item.We will evaluate the issue and make it right if possible.
Please note due to the nature of our products there is a risk of damage in transit.
We do try our best to package the biscuits as well as we possibly can to ensure they arrive in the best condition.
Unfortunately unless there is an issue with the quality of the biscuit we are unable to offer a refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately as our products are perishable we are unable to accept general returns.
Exchanges
We do not offer any exchanges.
Refunds
Please note that due to the perishable nature of the products we provide; we can only offer refunds when the service provided has fallen below our standards, which will be deemed at the discretion of Farmhouse Biscuits. To request a refund, please contact us at sales@farmhouse.biscuits.co.uk
Any refunds processed are at the full discretion of our Farmhouse Biscuits support staff who will be happy to discuss any dissatisfaction you may have.
